We can provide renderings in a variety of styles, from 3D photorealistic to a soft watercolor effect. The finished rendering is delivered in a high-resolution .jpg, .tiff, or .pdf file as desired. We generally model the project first in SketchUp, then export it to another program for adding details, entourage and visual effects. We can work from your preliminary plans and elevations (hand drawings or CAD files), or further render basic 3D CAD models furnised to us. Pricing depends on the complexity and views desired, and is provided by quotation. We also provide quick SketchUp models for concept studies and design development.
